The Bombyll Diagnostic

Find the 1–2 levers actually moving revenue — not the ten things that feel broken

Real IP, built with Vasco: a bowtie map of your full customer lifecycle that shows exactly where the engine leaks, before you spend another quarter guessing.

The bowtie methodology

Most funnels stop at the close. A bowtie map keeps going — acquisition and conversion narrow to a single point at the sale, then widen back out through onboarding, expansion, and retention. Bombyll and Vasco use this shape to map your entire customer lifecycle in one view, so a stall in Year-2 expansion doesn't get diagnosed as a top-of-funnel problem, and a weak ICP doesn't get patched with a retention tactic.

How the diagnostic runs

Week 1–2
Map the bowtie

Full lifecycle mapping — acquisition, conversion, onboarding, expansion, retention — against your real data, not a template.

Week 2–4
Isolate the friction

Shadow calls, sit with the team, and pressure-test assumptions until we can name the 1–2 levers actually constraining growth.

Week 4–5
Blueprint the system

A GTM Operating System blueprint — metrics, motions, and process handoffs — sized to your stage, not a generic best-practice deck.

Week 5–6
Hand off the roadmap

A 90-day execution roadmap with leadership alignment — ready to run, with or without us in the room.
